A clear distinction.

Your website account

This website uses Supabase to create accounts, confirm email addresses, and authenticate sign-ins. Your email address and authentication information are processed by Supabase. Your browser stores a session so you can remain signed in. Logging out clears that session.

Your desktop notes

Signing up here does not upload your desktop notes, databases, or attachments. Nexus Notes supports a local SQLite database. Optional local AI uses Ollama on your computer; model downloads and initial setup require internet access.

Services this website uses

GitHub Pages hosts the website. GitHub hosts the public installers and provides release metadata. Google Fonts supplies the website fonts. These services receive network information such as your IP address when your browser contacts them. No analytics or advertising scripts have been added.

Download access

The website shows download links after sign-in. The installer files themselves are hosted publicly on GitHub; this login does not make those files private.

Account questions

For website account deletion or privacy questions, contact the Nexus Notes maintainer through the official GitHub organization. Do not post passwords, session tokens, or private notes in public issues.
